• Conducted feasibility studies for the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer systems and for the construction of wastewater treatment plants of 4 municipalities.• Managed field-personnel and sub-contractor activity, including: topographic and population surveys, wastewater quality sampling, drainage pipe network assessments and effluent wastewater flow measurements. • Performed engineering analyses and design of 4 wastewater treatment plants.• Supervised the creation of project deliverables – including maps, design drawing, project specifications, budgets and schedules

• Conducted a reliability analysis of an 11,000-user water supply system and developed a multi-year investment plan for the improvement of the system.• Built a hydraulic model of water supply system to monitor systems performance and analysis using EPANET.• Supervised the construction of 3 rural drinking water supply systems.

• Performed hydraulic design of a 2,000-user gravity-fed water supply system. • Produced preliminary project budgets – including construction quantity takeoffs and cost estimates of labor, materials, and equipment.• Managed surveying teams and performed pipeline surveys and site layouts. • Prepared project specifications, O&M manuals, contract documents, project maps and drawings according to applicable codes.

• Provided technical assistance to the resident engineer reviewing design plans, performing on-site supervision and quality control, and assessing work done against the construction programme.
