Currently, I serve as the Director of Industry & Energy in Brazil, leading initiatives to help our clients tackle critical challenges such as the energy transition. My team and I work to adapt innovative solutions that not only help companies meet new environmental requirements but also position them as leaders in adopting sustainable practices.Previously, as Director of Health, Safety, and Environment for Latin America, I worked directly with the Executive Vice President of the region to implement a new safety vision. I promoted the integration of safety teams with operational areas, resulting in greater alignment and effectiveness in safety practices across the organization.My experience as Country Manager in Paraguay was particularly significant, where I led a successful restructuring, demonstrating my ability to manage change and improve performance in challenging environments.
