Administrative & Finance Manager 1991 - 1997• Responsible for the administrative and finance areas of the company. In charge of 20 employees and 80 workers. • Led the plant implementation for concrete poles and pre-manufactured concrete elements before due date, allowing to receive and produce the first purchase order of 1,000 concrete cameras for fiber optic and telephonic cable to Telefonica del Peru, and establishing the Peruvian fiber optic network from the north to the south of the country.• Led the technical validation at Peruvian Telephonic and Electric companies, of the new pre-manufactured concrete cameras and new concrete poles designs using “vibration” technology, offering 20% lowers prices to the poles concrete market for telephonic and electric lines.• Obtained bank credit lines and CAF’s structural working capital for the mid term with international interest rates to be paid in five years.• Cost reduction in 20% by renegotiation with our suppliers, obtaining a 120-days “free interest” payment lead time with the Peruvian Steel Manufacturer (Gerdau -Sider Peru) and 90 days payment lead time with the Cement Supplier.
