We have developed in-house operations with several customer achieving significant benefits for both parties in both costs and service level (53% reduction in inventories- 100% on-time delivery) I ran and I was responsible for the compliance of an annual budget of $ 18 million.We deliver 30 million items per month, divided into 250 customers and 4000 products. We have raised the customer service level from 75% to figures above 95% an accompanying 50% increase in production levels.
