I have worked for the same company for 14 years. I started in an entry level position and worked my way up the "corporate ladder." In my role as General Manager/Buyer, I am responsible for the day to day operation of our store, staff training, customer relations, critical analysis of sell through data, inventory management, buying for major departments and much more.
