- Work collaboratively with clients and internal/external stakeholders to capture the specific technical requirements used to develop the project plan to implement the most effective solution and enroll new customers and new assets of existing customers in the company’s Virtual Power Plant programs: Frequency Control, Wholesale Market Participation and Demand Response.- Manage the installation and commissioning of the VPP equipment and generate periodic reports on the project progress to internal and external stakeholders.- Work collaboratively with the Business Development Managers the customer engagement and on-boarding in Enel X VPP (Virtual Power Plant) programs: Frequency Control, Wholesale Market Participation and Demand Response.- Support the international product development team in the localization of new products to the ANZ region to facilitate the integration of e-Mobility and Energy Storage assets into the VPP.- Lead the applications with the Australian Energy Regulator as well as Distributed Network Service Providers required to enable the new sites in Enel X’s VPP (Virtual Power Plant) portfolio.- Support the troubleshooting of the VPP smart meters installed at the customer’s sites.
