“Want to have full control on your production and expenses?We all do.---I programmed my first robot when I was nineteen.I represent the third managing generation of family-owned production plants in Switzerland and from 2005 in Bulgaria. In 2009 I created Soltec as a solution provider for the industry in Bulgaria in industrial equipment, automation, and software after not being able to identify a partner that would bring the proper expertise and added value on our road Industry 4.0.What motivates me are those moments of pride when our team succeeds in automating a full assembly line or integrate a full PLM in our processes. My team achieves what others have told me is impossible and that is what we do at Soltec and Schaetti Bulgaria every day. We overcome the “not invented here, never been done, Bulgaria is not ready for this technology”.My core values are rooted in the desire to always strive for improvement and I have no tolerance for mediocracy and indifference, especially when business is on the line – both our clients’ and our own. That is why our aim at Soltec is to share our experience and support companies in creating a better tomorrow for the manufacturing sector in Bulgaria, from which we all have something to gain.We support Managers in achieving long-term optimization.
