(i) Prepare project budget with projections for use of loan proceeds and counterpartfunds(ii) Prepare Withdrawal Applications with accompanying supporting documents andsubmit to Ministry of Finance for approval and forwarding to ADB(iii) Manage day to day financial administration related to the project.(iv) Prepare project financial statements in a format acceptable to the ADB.(v) Liaise with auditors during the audit of the project financial statements

Assist in the preparation of audit strategies and budgets on smaller to medium sized jobs.Contribute to enhancing good client relationships at broader and higher levels of client personnel.Supervise and control the performance of lower grade staff on a day to day basis and provide quality on-the-job training.Obtain a thorough understanding of the client’s accounting systems and prepare overview flowcharts and draft detailed substantive/compliance tests.Perform some of the more difficult segments of work on an engagement.Keep the Manager informed of progress on the engagement and be alert to potential problem areas.Preparation of financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Responsible of planning, execution and completion of statutory audit assignments and provide assistance to manager and senior to accomplish timely completion of assigned jobs.
