Mother Raw creates and manufactures organic and plant-based dressings, dips and condiments with the mission of encouraging everyone to dig into the power of plants. Products are made with organic, non-GMO ingredients free of dairy, gluten, peanuts, soy, canola and anything artificial. The company grew from a start-up or 300 stores in Canada to be available in 5,000 supermarkets across North America.I discovered the company and restructured it bringing in an equity group and senior management team.

Motion Concepts specializes in custom solutions to fit the needs of individuals with severe medical conditions. A medical product mobility company, Motion Concepts provides industry-leading power positioning systems, seat cushions, backs and accessories. Launched in 2002 as a small business serving the needs of the local community, Motion Concepts grew to become the most innovative and well-regarded company in its industry, with operations in Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. As President, my role was to build the executive team and the corporate culture. I led the establishment of a European sales network and major new product introductions.

CTI leads the way in the design and manufacture of complex wiring harnesses and cable assemblies providing electronic modules and systems for applications including ATMs, cinema projection systems, train braking and heavy equipment control systems. With manufacturing operations in Mexico, China and three plants in Ontario, this multi-national corporation was sold to Amphenol Corp, in 2018.As CEO I oversaw all operations, but my key roles included building the executive team and instilling a culture of teamwork and risk-taking when making decisions. I led the acquisition of multiple businesses in China, Mexico and Canada and negotiated the eventual sale of CTI.

Launched in 2004 as a soy milk producing company, Protenergy evolved into an industry-leading developer and manufacturer of food and beverage products, namely soups, gravies and private label broth. Growing to CAD $200 million in sales over eight years, Protenergy was sold in 2014 to Treehouse Foods.As co-founder, I assisted in establishing the executive team and the business’ culture before becoming the driving force behind pivoting the organization into new product developments.

A leading manufacturer of optical-electronic products for photonic and microelectronic customers in the communications, military, aerospace, medical and industrial markets. Avo was purchased by Halma PLC in 2011.
