• Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of a database• Responsible for Backing up and restoring databases• Controlling and monitoring user access to the database• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database• Installing and upgrading the database server and application tools• Creating complex query definitions that allow data to be extracted• Creating scheduled jobs to automate system processes such as backup and log file management• Manages e-mail, active directories, file sharing protocols, applications, and / or other systems and services through data encoding and monitoring. Manages the files and applications residing within the servers that are necessary to support call center Operations.• Works with other groups / colleagues within the I.T. Department to help establish the standards of system architecture, data communications, and system security. Disseminates those standards for program-wide compliance. Ensures smooth operations within the whole department and compliance of other groups / functions in the organization.• Installs, configures, administers, and ensures system security of the Company’s servers within specific environments. Ensures the stability and efficiency of server systems as well as the security of operations in the whole system infrastructure.

• Provides first level technical support to internal customers and ensures quality services to gain high customer satisfaction ratings.• Responds to telephone calls and email messages from users requesting for assistance. Logs and keeps records of customer/employee queries.• Identifying bottlenecks and problems, making recommendations to solve them, keeping standard software and hardware recommendations under review, and providing input into future IT strategy• Identifies computer hardware, software and telecommunications malfunctions and takes appropriate action to resolve issues ensuring data and system integrity.• Tests, configures, installs, modifies, maintains, and repairs computer hardware, operating systems, applications, software patches and updates. • Assists in conducting user’s application testing during program implementation, migration, and system maintenance.• Performs desktop system maintenance/upgrades including all desktop OS patches. • Creates/Maintains documentation of instructional procedure (i.e. hardware/software installation) and troubleshooting techniques (knowledgebase).• Maintains inventory of computer hardware assets, peripherals, and software licenses owned by the company.• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance of computer systems.
