I am an experienced professional and passionate entrepreneur, currently leading the expansion and development of my family's business, Chairs by The Grove, within the FF&E industry. I am passionate about merging cultures through diverse manufacturing techniques and materials, while developing our company to align with new FF&E trends.My career started early with an internship as a sophomore at a private equity fund in NYC. I attended The George Washington University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Communication. Since that first internship, I have built a robust career in the financial industry, starting with a summer internship at J.P. Morgan's international wealth management team. After graduation, I joined J.P. Morgan full-time, managing relationships and providing multi-asset investment and credit solutions for $54B AUM of global families. This role honed my skills in relationship management, strategic thinking, and detailed analysis.Next, I joined Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management Associate, where I fostered long-term client relationships, onboarded $500MM of client AUM within one year, managed a trading desk, and created multi-asset investment solutions for a $4B AUM book. This experience further sharpened my abilities in closing deals, managing full sales cycles, and stakeholder management.I then transitioned to a part-time role as an Associate at Atman Capital VC, where I conducted market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the tech sector. This role further developed my market research and analysis capabilities, enabling me to identify and seize business opportunities effectively.These experiences not only enhanced my decision-making and leadership skills but also instilled a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics. This comprehensive background has prepared me to lead and expand Chairs by The Grove, leveraging my expertise to drive growth and innovation within the family business. With 30 years of legacy, growing up in a family business focused on the interiors of the hospitality industry instilled in me a passion for creating and delivering high-quality products.I am now focused on opening our manufacturing and sourcing capabilities to the US market. I am inspired by bringing visions to life, creating spaces, and maintaining our family legacy.
