Josefine Cramer holds more than a decade of experience in the fashion and luxury goods industry, having worked with renowned fashion houses like Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Saks Potts, Ganni, Heliot Emil and many more. Most of Cramer’s professional experience has evolved around fashion weeks, as well as exploring and establishing partnerships across borders and industries, with fashion and value generation being key components.Prior to launching Koaso Group in September 2024, Cramer was the Director of Partnerships & Special Projects at Copenhagen Fashion Week. After spending four years away from the organisation, Cramer re-joined Copenhagen Fashion Week in March 2021, and was responsible for establishing, innovating, and managing Copenhagen Fashion Week’s commercial and strategic partnerships across the globe. In June 2022, Cramer was behind the launch of CPHFW NEWTALENT - a programme established to nurture, develop and promote the next generation of brands.Previously, Cramer led a design university programme for emerging design talent in Japan and China, alongside managing strategic partnerships with international high-end brands as part of her two- year tenure at the world’s largest fur auction house, Kopenhagen Fur.In 2020, Cramer graduated from ESCP Business School with an MBA degree specialized in International Management, building upon her Bachelor’s Degree in English & Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School (2012-2015).Cramer is particularly passionate about leading teams, bringing out the best in people around her, improving business processes, and building meaningful partnerships.
