With uncovering initial desired outcomes and a clear plan, this position plays a key role in ensuring a successful onboarding of new clients as they transition to Service Autopilot solutions.- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with client executives and c-level staff to ensure client satisfaction by supporting and managing a portfolio of accounts during their initial onboarding and implementation phase- Overlook, consult and provide guidance with setup and integration of 3rd party software to ensure a smooth transition to Service Autopilot solutions- Host and teach a series of webinars that offers onboarding training classes for new clients, which highlight Service Autopilot's key features and functionality- Perform cadence-driven check-ins to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and retention- Manage defect or problem resolution by collaborating across various departments to drive implementation to completion- Create, develop and continue to improve a training curriculum for onboarding based on industry knowledge, research and client interactions
