- Diseñar, planear, liderar, habilitar y ejecutar la estrategia de Automatización en el proceso de Compras (Hands Free PO's), como parte del plan de mejora continua en los procesos de la organización, soportado por un equipo interdiciplinario del Source to Pay en el Global Business Service de SABMiller - Bogotá.- Generar información de calidad bajo consolidaciones de volúmenes de compras anuales de toda la Region, que permitan a la comunidad de Procurement - Global/Regional/Local de SABMiller tener el "Spend Transparency" para todas compras en la categoría de Materiales Indirectos (Marketing & Sales/MRO/Professional Services) con el objetivo de proporcionar a la organización: mejorar los niveles de productividad operativa en el proceso de abastecimiento y Source to Pay (disminución de las compras Spot), así como obtener Hard/Soft Savings en el apalancamiento de grandes volúmenes y sinergia con los proveedores potenciales de toda LatAm (Colombia, Perú, Panamá, Ecuador, Honduras y El Salvador).- Garantizar el correcto canal de compras según el gobierno y políticas de SABMiller.- Garantizar que los modelos de negociación sean de fácil adaptación a los lenguajes del Sistema SAP de toda la región. - Custodiar y solicitar la correcta configuración de SAP al área de Datos Maestros para que la automatización de las compras funcionen correctamente. - Generar reportes ejecutivos de la gestión y evolución de la estrategia de Automatización en la Region, para el Head Procurement Lead StP.

Guarantee the sourcing to the production plant and accomplishment of productivities for the raw and packaging materials.

I'm in charge of negotiations for all services required by the plant, management of contracts, competitive Bid, identifying risks in contracting and development of new suppliers for the key categories, analyze the market and implement projects that generate productivities under Metedology of the Seven Steps - Strategic Sourcing, (e.g. The productivity achieved 2012 : USD 622M this value represent the 6% of the hiring in the category of IM&S Services Operations) purchasing management indicators and generate purchase orders for the plant in the areas of Projects, Maintenance, IS, Quality, S & E.

Support in all requirements for services and supplies for the Trade, Supply Chain and human resources areas, events hiring for activities in the trade area (Sales Forces and Marketing) and Human Resources. Application Service Order in Sap (create purchase orders), analysis of quotations for purchase orders, follow-up to suppliers, development of new suppliers, indirect purchasing indicators.

Developing manuals and catalogs for all the machinery of plant processes (Maintenance and Workshop).The company did not have a good source of information and the induction on the plant machinery for better performance, when hiring new operators and technicians; I proposed a very didactic and easy access format to information of each part of the machine and at the same time indicating their maintenance standards applicable to each system that machine has, all this in order to meet the objective of the company in mind.

Plan, schedule and manage the administrative part of the economic resources and budgets (USD 52M by Year), for the area of mechanical maintenance of machinery and equipment under my responsibility: Wastewater Treatment Plant, Utilities - Boiler, Compressors, and Chemical Yard.
