Creo en el valor de la Honestidad, Integridad y Lealtad.Durante más de 15 años de carrera profesional en seguridad, he ocupado puestos desde personal operativo de seguridad privada hasta director de seguridad, pasando por todos los puestos intermedios, con los últimos 8 años en posiciones gerenciales.Aprender es una de mis pasiones y tratar de contribuir con algo más a lo que ya aprendí es natural para mí, viviendo un excelente ciclo de mejora continua.Con estudios universitarios en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (especialidad Marketing), enfocarme en el cliente es uno de mis principios fundamentales. La rentabilidad, el coste de oportunidad, el valor añadido y otros indicadores de eficiencia siempre están presentes en mis enfoques y, junto con otros aprendizajes y habilidades, me permiten aportar soluciones y propuestas con una visión holística y transversal de la seguridad a todos los niveles de la Organización.
