Achievements:- Created a SharePoint site for the PET line Production Team that hosts a number of applications- Created an online application that displays raw material and product specifications; replaced the old practice of printing 60 pages of production worksheets per day.- Provided technical support during the commissioning of the Reverse Osmosis Unit bypass pipeline. Project: Refinery Master Plan Phase 2 (RMP-2)Commissioning of Gas Oil Hydrotreating Unit and Kerosene Mercaptan Oxidation Unit- Managed the commissioning of the Gas Oil Hydrotreating Plant (GOHT-4) as a process engineer through interpersonal and collaboration skills and building positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.- Successfully helped solve a compressor capacity control issue while keeping the plant running on stable operation; saved the refinery USD 30 M from opportunity losses- Identified a major piping construction error months before commissioning; potentially saved the company months of delay- Worked autonomously and in the team by conducting on-site inspections, reviewing of technical documents, and maintaining construction punch lists- Created a strategic plan using Microsoft Excel to advance the commissioning schedule of GOHT-4 plant and by prioritising and placing commissioning activities in parallel with other activities without compromising process safety and quality of work. - Developed and issued an 850-page GOHT-4 and MerOx-2 operating manuals using Microsoft Word compliant with ISO 9001 format to serve as a reference for all concerned disciplines- Developed the operations training manuals and lecture notes using Microsoft PowerPoint; Conducted and facilitated in-house classes to the operations group
