Led the growth of CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA Real Estate Franchise Systems in addition to facilitating acquisitions for NRT in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Manage a team of 28 franchise sales professionals and six regional vice presidents. Worked very closely with the Presidents of each brand to determine availability of markets and viability of candidates to represent their brands.
