Contribution to the development team’s activities through close monitoring of project life cycle (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Start Up) of key offshore fields which belongs to Development Area 1 in Gulf of Mexico.1.-Plan, organize and monitor schedule loading as well as project cost progress by follow-up of the S-curve. Support analysis to implement strategies to reduce the overall cost.2.-Tracking the progress of subcontractors' project phases with the use of planning software and getting updated miscellaneous records of onshore and offshore projects for governmental entities and Eni Global.3.-Review contractors' costs, schedule and activities. Create detailed reports to conduct contractor audits and monitor key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with the quality requirements of the documentation required by the Development department.

Contracted to ensure compliance with the HSE regulations and meet zero incident goal during construction and commissioning stage in the FCC unit of the Dos Bocas New Refinery project for PEMEX Industrial Transformation.1.- Simultaneous coordination of 5 global subcontractors and several construction departments to implement activities under our HSE policy. Provide updates to HQ (Seoul, Korea) on corrective actions to solve deviations from execution plans.Facilitate committee meetings to communicate progress and overcome on-progress challenges.2.-Identify and allocate resources to lead the Behavior-based safety program (NOLA). Ensure Samsung team members understand their roles. Report progress to the senior manager in meeting Key Performance Indicators.3.-Monitor risks through administrative controls and support mitigation strategies. Generate risks reports and review documentation to track client requirements. Receive, process and deliver information from multiple sources to create executive reports for board meetings.

-Review of the quality system to generate a list of related deviations for subsequent statistical analysis and generation of control charts using the Minitab tool.-Monitor critical parameters of the critical systems of the quality control laboratory in order to evaluate their capability and trends.-Generate trend reports based on performance qualification in order to demonstrate compliance with specifications to COFEPRIS.-Promote dialogue to accelerate data collection and construction of documentation required in the validation project.-Propose areas of improvement in the planning to keep the system under specification.-Communication of project results to senior management through executive presentation.
