CurrentServe as the primary point of entry for all people seeking help from the ESG (Emergency Solutions Grant) provided by the City of Garland Fair Housing program.Provide information and guidance to the applicants seeking rental assistance, particularly the single mothers, with information and assistance to a range of community resources and help and educate people about their options and benefits. Coordinates and assists the City of Garland with public benefits and services throughout the city area. Assured all client records, personal and sensitive information are maintained and secured by following MDHA and HMIS documentation policies, standards and regulations. Uses telephone and interviewing techniques skills over the phone, or in person to better help the applicant seeking assistance. Enters accurate and complete documentation into necessary data systems. Completes special projects and other assignments as instructed as well as participate in staff meetings and training activities to better help people seeking assistance with ESG program
