During his professional career, José Luis, has actively contributed to the development of the European Aeronautical and Defense Industry serving in different positions ranging from research, innovation and development to leadership. He has a deep understanding of design processes and organizations. As Research and Development Engineer he has designed systems for unmanned aerial vehicles, combat aircrafts and combat helicopters. As Chief Engineer, he has led technically complex and multinational projects with success. As Program manager he has managed contracts, building a trustful and longterm relationship with the customer. He is experienced in all project management processes and on military European Programs. He is always willing to learn and develop himself. He has a wide education, multicultural skills (five languages) and entrepreneurial mindset that makes him a flexible and adaptable executive as well as the perfect candidate to assume new challenges in uncertain environments.Original from northern Spain and having lived in Munich, Rome and Switzerland, José Luis, currently lives in Madrid.
