I oversee the entire engineering group to ensure processes are continuously improved. I also help ensure people are taken cared of -- ensuring their career, skills and opportunities grow as the company grows. I also have key development teams/projects that I oversee as project manager.

Working as lead developer for the company, I deal with design and development for our web-based services. This includes research and testing for implementing new technologies for solutions to new features. I also manage some of the local resources – overseeing work quality and delivery. I also interact directly with key persons in the executive branch and other stakeholders in the US to give feedback on the task estimates, status of project tasks, and ideas for solution development.

I handle projects related to web development and ICT. Part of my work entails: interfacing with partner organizations and government agencies; project management; new business development; business analysis; creative design; and web development. Some of the projects I’ve handled include content management systems and geo-mapping systems.

Our team handles almost the entire web development of our Australian-based client focusing on ASP (modifications to existing client websites) and Ruby on Rails (new clients) development. My role as Team Leader entails: managing projects assigned to team members; ensure project briefs are complete and correct; ensure deliverables pass quality assurance; mentor and coach team members; and on top of that, develop websites for key clients.

I handled the team for the development of applications for social networking, focusing on Facebook. Apart from this, I’m also part of support and development for other initiatives such as e-learning, project management solutions, and other company legacy projects.

I was tasked to develop and specialize in usability and web 2.0 websites. I also handled groups of trainees as their technical lead and consultant for their projects. In addition, I also provide trainings for thorough understanding of basic core competencies in HTML+CSS and Javascript.

Primary tasks with the company include handling and planning of specifications and usability standards for new projects and handling and managing of graphical and layout designs for new and existing web services including its presentation layer implementation (on Ruby on Rails).

Developed Flash Games for kids, and also trained educators with the course modules developed for various grade levels.
