In my previous roles, I developed the customer experience by implementing visual merchandising standards and actively analyzing market trends and KPIs. Understanding the customers' needs and behaviors allowed me to identify opportunities to increase sales. Transitioning into UX Design seems as a natural choice for me given my focus on customers' needs and my organizational skills to promote business interests.
