Business Manager
CurrentAs business manager , the range of activities that I perform is quite broad. My main goal is that the business operation is conducted in the most efficient and effective way. This forces me to maintain close communication with employees and the entire team. From a more specialized view , I have developed a system of accounting and finance that allows me to analyze financial statements more accurately. This helps us make better decisions. At the same time I've developed a management accounting system that allows us to analyze and interpret operations, letting us know where can the company improve. Some other activities I conduct are:- Manage day to day activities - Appointments - Patients- Collection management- Financial Management - Process information to better analyze income & expenses - Establish new ways to process financial information and support the elaboration of financial statements.- Payroll Management- Customer service- Seek other business opportunities and growth for the company long term.
