- Assess and advise Chancellor of the Republic and deputy ministers previous to summits, press conferences, opinion articles, and interaction with news media. - Through a sustained interpersonal and multidisciplinary work, I developed a daily average of 2 communication products regarding international cooperation and politics.- I have developed an open- data strategy for more accessible information to stakeholders.

- I have recruited and supervised 15+ interns for journalism and or public relations and worked through the entire lifecycle to provide assistance until they completed their training program.- Advised Culture Minister and deputy ministers previous to summits, press conferences, opinion articles, and interaction with news media. - Yearly record of 650 external products (communiqués, videos). - Produced more than 30 interviews to cultural and arts management experts, some published at its entirety by the major national newspaper. - As social media manager led update seminars for 25 organization members, together we created a Better Practices Manual, that turned out in remarkable reaching achievements.

Lecturer at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. In charge of the Narrative Structures, a 50 hours course for the Communication and Marketing Master. Taught working professionals how to face communication challenges in their daily duties.

- Through successful workshops to provide managers and team leaders with better internal communication tools (90+ attendees), I established positive working relationships with hiring supervisors and Project Managers. This granted me the opportunity to participate in recruiting processes on which my opinion about the right fit for a specific role or department was part of the selection. - My work was the result of practical and respectful communication via email or telephone, with around 40 sales representatives. Most of them based in the United States and Canada, who required contracts drafting that included internal policies and customer´s requests.

- Through daily sourcing of candidates via student boards, referrals and ad responses led a recruitment yearly process to select 30+ participants for radio broadcaster programs. Motivated, screened, and answered 10-20 applicants questions per day.- Developed/ taught General Culture and Communication Principles curricula courses.- I have imparted five workshops to spokespersons in corporate communication and crisis management.
