My main responsibilities were to lead the reorganization of the company. To create de Customer service area, to install an appropriate telecom infrastructure. To set the operating and budgets for business units. I have evaluated and set a software development methodology for the company. I have established a set of standard procedures to manage the Requirements and Change Control activities. I have evaluated and implement performance evaluation policies and human resources annual plans.

My responsibilities had been to plan, to control and to lead the IT launching process of the corporation and all its business units. To solve all existing issues in the technological, methodological and work team areas. I have developed permanent consultancy to the Executive and Marketing committees. To lead the organization to a technological leadership position among its competence, with modernity imaging and improving all services to the external customer, so to attract and retain profitable customers inside the organization. UPC is a member of the global Laureate International universities network.

Setup all electronic channels to serve customers efficiently. I have contributed the “bring the bank to the customer” corporate strategy. I have modernized the ATM network devices, telephone banking and the Call Center, Internet banking and corporate Internet banking.Major goals and achievements Implemented the banking ERP “Systematics” for all banking accounts, accounting, mortgages, and commercial loans. Responsible of all the implementation and technical architecture. Drove the ATM network to a graphic platform with a variety of transactions and improving the service standards up to the best ATM network in the country. Converted all electronic channels to an Y2K ready platform. All Interbank electronic channels served to customers since 00:10 on January 1st, 2000. Implemented Telephone banking and Call Center using IVR technology.
