As part of team involved in the Post Merger Integration of two of the main Major banks in Saudi Arabia, role implied the creation of migration functional specifications for Global and Cash Liquidity Management in Payments area.Based on input received from the different key client stakeholders involved, main tasks were to collect migration requirements, to facilitate alignments and provide clarifications in order to produce a complete and accurate functional documentation, as well as to facilitate formal approvals and sign offs to effectively conclude with a realistic and viable migration plan in this area

Scrum Master working for a first tier International Bank. Programme was launched from London, UK.As per legislation it was a necessity for the Bank to be compliant with PSD2 regulations and the Bank initiated a transformation program not only to be compliant with PSD2 but as the same time to improve customer experience by using Backbase Digital Banking platform.Role involved as Scrum Master was to assure the team was following Scrum good practices, that the bank also was fully involved on these practices and assure development team was able to work with efficiency by removing any external impediment and facilitating the tools and conditions so that development team can do their best.This experience allows me to get experience as Scrum Master on a complex environment with multiple Scrum teams working in parallel. Development Team was located on different locations: Madrid, Málaga and Manila.

Project Management of the different phases (functional design, development and testing) involved in the Post Merger Integration of two important banks in Spain. Role was focused on the accountant derecognition and migration of assets from one bank to the other starting with the branches in the area of Portugal.

Core Banking integration - Major bank in UK Role involved to understand and translate requirements in order to integrate standard solution chosen for the client (Avelo MSO platform) with the different systems already existing in the bank and to create high level document design based on the information received from the different software vendor specialists.Despite of the short period involved in the project, this experience was very good to improve communication and facilitation skills as well as get more experience on Business Integration of Core Banking Solution with third party vendors in this case in relation loan origination enhancement.

Software Product Specialist for Alnova Product software specialist involved as SME in the design of some of Alnova Banking accelerators, one of the product suites in the Accenture banking portfolio. As SME involved on functional design , build supervision and testing on two of Alnova Banking accelerator assets: initially on PFF (Product and Fee Factory) and afterwards mainly on ECS (Enterprise Customer System).

Alnova has provided solutions to financial institutions for over a decade and currently has more than 108 Alnova clients across 22 countriesRole involved was to supervise and be in charge during all development and implementation phases for the following applications: Customer Information application, General Corporate tables and Report Management.This experience makes me become a reference as SME for some Alnova banking applications I was involved: Customer Information application, General Corporate table (this application was part of the infraestructure applications for Alnova that serves as central repository for general data shared between the other applications) and Report Management.

Software developer involved on different banking implementation covering in this period banking transformation for different challenges: millennium bug, adaptation for euro of Spain integration to EU, and maintenance of customer and deposits application. Work was developed on different clients mainly in Spain but also some periods in Italy.By this experience I was able to improve technical skills as developer but also functional skills as I was directly involved on adaptation of different banking functionalities such as customer information and customer accounts and deposits
