I like the process of creating products, services, and organizations from scratch and that is what I have dedicated my professional career to today.The first job challenge that I had, the creation of an environmental consultancy just after finishing my studies in Political Science at the University of Granada.DEKRA. Later I went to work at DEKRA as Director of the Consulting Department in which I worked in the merger process with the consulting department of a public company of the Andalusian government. Once the merger was completed, I was chosen as the director of the resulting organization and responsible for the prospective and analysis unit, which was dedicated to finding innovative projects for application in Andalusia.Malaga Fire Department. Later I was appointed Managing Director of the project to create the Fire Service of Malaga to which I dedicated the eight most intense years of my professional career up to that date.My team and I created from scratch the infrastructure necessary to provide fire fighting services to 97 municipalities and more than a million inhabitants that until then had no fire service.It was an exciting stage, which allowed me to learn a lot about decision-making in critical situations, team management, innovation, effort, etc., and which was the best MBA for the later stage when I decided to start and create Iboardings.Since 2016, when I created Iboardings, I have dedicated all my efforts to creating a company that my family, my colleagues, my partners, and my clients can be proud of.
