As part of the delivery and business consulting, my main work was to promote, homologate and implement new services including but not limited to telco poles, antennas, fiber, OSP construction and FTTX deployment for main customer in mexico, developed such business with Telcel (Monopoles, lamp sites), ATT (Monopoles), Telmex (FTTTX), Izzi (FTTH), Totalplay (FTTH), Megacable (FTTX), all from planning to high level engagement with CXO's

ASM for the Telefonica Mexico; managing the relationship between customer and Huawei.

Main Responsability for Service delivery and Metrics for Tier 1 Global Customers in Latin America regionMain interface with Customer upper management as well as other senior management functions, developed work and personal relationship with key personnel within the different Global Customers.Manager of all after sales functions, as well as the regional PMO and Support Customer Leads. The Systems and Services deployed were Billing, Messaging, Signaling, IP, more than U$ 25M in Sales for FY 2009.

Design, Implement and develop the communication and information technologies of the campus, plan the growing of the different network architecture, services and software needs, provide specialized support to alumni and academics. Directed the implementation of lotus notes servers in record time for the zone (5 campuses), providing the service for one of the most important technology bases on the ITESM system, 12,400 alumni were the initial service users. Design, developed and implemented the networking infrastructure of the campus (Wired and Wireless), using providers such as Cisco and IBM, giving as result "best communicated campus of the region", with 1350 users.
