Jose Luis Ochoa Gamboa is Peruvian. He's currently living in Quito, Ecuador. Jose Luis has a degree on Engineering from UNALM (Peru). An MBA from Eastern University (USA). A diploma on Projects Evaluation from ESAN (Peru) ,also Senior Leadership Program (UK), and Design Thinking (MIT-USA). He has a Specialization in Management development from George Washington University, and other studies related to design and negotiation of proposals for social development. Also he is a certified Ontological Coach and has masters degree in consultancy and Coaching at Salamanca University, Spain. He has been speaker in Latin America and The Caribbean for topics related to strategy and values. His major passions are serving and developing the potential of people or organizations that tackle poverty and that are motivated by causes that go beyond themselves. Jose Luis is also the author of the book called "Servir, la mejor forma de influir" and "Peter´s Pathways" He has written several articles about Genuine Skills, and developing the potential of people who decide to be agents of change.
