Responsible for business development, commercial activity and operations in Transportation (Public Transport & Airlines) and Services: Budgeting, Forecasting and Accounting activities for P/L statement.Responsible of multiple bidding process including: - Deployment of CRM, ERP (MS and SAP and others)- Deployment of core operations systems (Web, Intranet, Backoffice, BI, etc...) - Outsourcing of Applications- Outsourcing of Infrastructure / Help Desk- Consulting advise to CIO / CTOAccount Manager and Project Management at key accounts:- Low cost Airline: Helping the customer in defining a BPO model for Administration, Finance, Revenue Accounting and HR (Payroll) with an International basis. Analysis of IT costs, detecting cost efficiency opportunities, identifiying cost reducing innitiatives (projects), defining innitiative from cost/return perspective (ROI), planning projects and supporting to the customer in the execution. The scope was the full technology domains: Infrastructure, Applications (except for reservation), Groupware/HD and Communications. Report to CIO, CEO. - Public Transportation Company: Definition of the new Technology Division (including organization, profiles, and meeting/comitees). Consulting advise to CIO / CTO. Deployment of web projects with a full 2.0 orientation. Based on Liferayand Sharepoint.- Public Transportation Company: New 2.0 website.- Mutlinational with Payroll and HR services: Account Manager and Multiple projects as Definition of Client and Partner interface models, definition of partnert management program, and technology projects improving core business. Report to CIO and Business Development Manager.- Telecom Operator: Multiple projects managed including Contracting, Fullfilling, network activation and Invoicing systems.Responsible for Management Control of Industry Unit.

Account Manager with responsability on Business Development and Opportunity Management at Industry Customers. Project Manager and Account Manager in some key accounts:- Telecom Operation: Deployment of the new Incident Management and Network Inventory Management system. Based on Opensource Solution (JBOSS, Openframe). Including Data Migration from legacy and reengineering of new interfaces.- Barcelona Airport: Definition of the new Customer Care Model. This project included the definition of procedures and systems to support a new customer care office. The target was to concentrate all administrative tasks on this office, allowing to the Airport Divisions (Commercial, Security, IT) to focus on value added actvities.

In the project management role, I had the opportunity of leading teams with both technical and functional skills in some of our Telecom customers.
