I’m an Industrial Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management where I mainly manage areas such as Customer Service, Inside Sales, Demand Planning, Purchasing and Logistics in a transnational company. I’ve served America’s region supporting key direct customers and global distributors.I started as a Demand Analyst where I was in charge of delivering products to automotive industry in a timely manner, some main activities involved forecast analysis, run MRP, imports to Mexico from different affiliate companies around the world and collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service and Sales.Some years later, I was promoted to Product Support Engineer where I started my journey in Customer Service supporting customers from different countries who needed support with products and services offered by the company; then I was promoted to supervisor in the same area managing a team of 5 agents who served customers in all America’s region with special focus in Latin America market.In addition to my current role, I acquired new responsibilities who involved Customer Service, Demand Planning, and Transportation departments in Latin America leading a team of up to 15 agents, new management activities involved Customer Care from end to end (before, during and after customers’ purchase), demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, international transport coordination, imports and customs clearance collaboration, trade compliance support, product technical support.
