Colab is a social network for citizens to connect and communicate with city government. It lets anyone report city's daily issues, suggest solutions and rate public services, sharing their thoughts and findings with their friends and other citizens. Colab will disrupt democracy by making citizens' voices matter and by building the bridge between them and the public management.

As a technical founder, I worked on the prototyping and development MVP, which included web, android e iOS apps.Later, as CTO I hired and managed the technology team reaching 7 people. Using my technical background, I helped the team with architecture decisions, designs and code reviews.Acting as Product Manager of our Government product I talked with clients and users to prioritize features, I wrote user stories to ensure the team had all the resources necessary to implement the road map.

30ideas was a two-man experiment/company focused on creating new products serially and that occasionally did boutique app development on the side. The company grew to have 3 engineers working on products and/or app development. On its 4 years of life, seven products were created, three of which gained a life of their own and spin off from 30ideas. The highlight were:- Procedimentos SUS: iOS / Android medical app that helps doctors find codes for medical procedures used by Brazilian universal health care system. It was the most sold medical app on the its category on the Brazilian App Store for a few weeks.- Pegava Fácil: dating/hookup website that got 50k+ users in its first 3 days and it was featured in several Brazilian newspapers.- Colab: a social network for citizens to connect and communicate with city government. Elected the best urban app of 2013- Camiset.as: a crowdfunding site for tshirts, focused on helping artists and NGOs to get income from theirs supporters.Among the app developed for hire, we were really proud of "Do Bem Máquina", an iOS and Android app for the Brazilian first wearable, a wristband for activity and sleeping tracking.

Singular Digital is the digital arm of Ediouro, one of the largest publishing groups of Brazil. All Print-on-Demand and e-books distribution from the group was concentrated on Singular.I was responsible for internalizing the technology team that was outsourced at the time. This included hiring new people and overlooking the knowledge transition.My team was responsible for creating the e-books and distributing them on various E-commerces; implementing the print-on-demand solution from Ingram and ColorCentric; integrate our systems with Amazon, Ingram, RocketLife, B2W among others.
