Since the projects in which I participate are "special" in that they are outside the central core of the company's business. In charge of coordinating the processes and operations of the manufacturing unit in the company. Reporting to the CEO in relation to manufacturing, purchasing, facilities engineering and result. We worked as a first transformation activity where the bulk wood was transformed into an elaborate product ready to be sold to the final customer, dehydrated and sterilized wood shavings for poultry breeding. Therefore, we manage from the purchase of wood in bulk directly from the nearest forest to the sale to customers. As an additional business in the company, we supplied biomass as fuel for electric power generating companies. This consisted of consolidating a huge amount of material in our facilities from purchases from third parties and the waste of our own activity. In this way we could guarantee deliveries according to the forecast given by the customer.
