As a Shift Engineer, in addition to monitoring and following-up operational routines, I provided trainings to the entire team of new fresh graduated operators. While Operation Efficiency & Reliability Analyst Engineer developed monitoring and reporting tools on Generator Performance Analysis (GPA) and Generating Availability Data System (GADS).
