During my period in Management Consulting in Madrid I have participated in the following projects:- Organizational Structure Optimization:AS IS of the governance and organizational model (structure and functions), diagnosis with gaps identification and TO BE model definition of the organizational and functional structure.- Eurozone Institution and Maximum Authority Supervisor in Italy: Responsible for the documentation and analysis of the processes and controls for the credit risk parameters estimation.- Processes Transformation through the meetings optimization with the aim of increasing productivity and efficiency.- Strategic analysis for the outsourcing of functions:Design and feasibility study of the strategic plan for outsourcing of functions within the bank recovery area after its acquisition. Definition of functions to be outsourced, as well as the governance, control and reporting model.- Project Manager Officer (PMO):Design of the necessary information to be collected for the completion of the Non Performing Assets projection templates requested by the ECB for the first time to a financial institution.Coordination and interlocution with the actors involved in the process for the optimal execution of the project within tight deadlines, which led the entire team to successfully complete the exercise.
