My latest role represents the culmination of my entire career to date. Not only am I Tasked with buying, procuring, bidding, and negotiating, but I also play a key role in contract review, financial analysis, internal investigations in tandem with the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), regulatory compliance, and more. In addition, I provide yearly analysis of new transportation service providers in order to optimize pricing and drive competitiveness. Specific accomplishments include: ► Directing the bidding process while supporting all logistics lanes for Mexico through various means, including preparing requests for quotations (RFQs), inviting suppliers, contract analysis, and general due diligence► Slashing estimated short-haul transit times to 24 hours and long-haul transit times to 48 hours, eventually saving 20% within the span of one year► Leading day-to-day bidding processes, thereby saving 25% for a new consolidation project and obtaining 97% effectiveness during collections and deliveries► Providing recommendations on annual activities meant to reduce operational costs, including 30, 60, and 90-day plans that saved between 5% and 7% on a yearly basis

An earlier role that saw me developing brand new business opportunities, bolstering revenue with existing accounts, scrutinizing market conditions / competitors, and facilitating exceptional customer service along the way. I also played a key role in increasing volume through interchange agreements with Mexican transportation service providers. Specific accomplishments include: ► Driving Mexico sales and related marketing / business development initiatives, ultimately capitalizing on new business opportunities and strengthening customer base by 30% (Tier 1 and 2) while garnering increased volumes of expedited cargo► Achieving all customer objectives with 97% effectiveness
