Applications Engineer, Advisory
Current• Providing high-quality technical support to SolarWinds customers by reproducing, analysing, investigating and troubleshooting issues related to the SolarWinds applications.• Acting as a liaison between customers and internal support staff to assure accurate problem interpretation.• Participate in activities relating to fixing bugs and product improvement with engineering or project managers to ascertain priority and resolution plans for software defects.• Helping customers maintain Solarwinds software products at optimum performance level.• Interacted with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.• Simulated or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Recommended systems modifications to reduce user problems.• Contribute to the Support Portal and provide information, details and procedures in the Knowledge Centred Methodology (KCS)
