Achievements:- Defining and establishing the procedures for all HR areas.- Recruiting for the expansion plan at the Corporate Office.- Defining and implementing an internship program between Spain and the USA.- Performing HR Audits at the properties to ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor laws.

Updating and maintaining accurate personnel records. Handling six collective agreements of application. Software used: A3 NOM, Contrata, Sistema Red and Delta. - Overseeing the induction and other training of new employees. Administering bonuses provided by public institutions. Developing HR procedures, and updating HR content in the internal internet system.- Coordinating with the workers´ compensation provider (MC Mutual) and the external health and safety company (MC Prevención).- Supervising payroll, and health and safety external providers in Portugal.
