Mater group is a major health care organization in Queensland and is umbrella company to Mater Hospital. Mater group decided to implement Microsoft D365 as a replacement to their existing system for procurement, accounts tracking, invoicing etc. that had been in place for 20 years. The project was challenging and required a massive team. My role was a technical BA for reporting stream. UQ decided to procure a SaaS product for Identity governance and access management. 1. TechnologyOne project support: The project team handles end-to-end support for the university portals and the SaaS product used. All issues raised are pooled into a tool called Cherwell including defects, enhancement requests and one-time support requests from users. They are analysed and processed by the team. Some examples would include updating data fields in a report, updating course or student details for the university staff, running batch jobs that are completed at specific times for each term, providing data extracts, etc. 2. Power BI reports: Building Power BI reports replacing existing Crystal/SSRS ones for business users to perform BAU. This process includes identifying the existing data sources, validating integrity of the data, updating the view for users to fit the purpose, creating report using Power BI tool, testing the report and publish to production.

Energy components version upgrade: Shift and lift of an application to cloud base and version upgrade from 10.3 to 12.1 was successfully delivered while the existing application was still being used for business as usual activities2. Production Forecasting: As part of process improvement, Origin engaged a vendor to customize and use a SaaS to replace the use spreadsheets and manual calculation efforts in forecasting process.3. Visualisations: Power BI reports that represent the historical data of wells with custom views and filters were created, tested, and deployed successfully4. Gain Access: An application was developed to manage assets or properties run by the organization and site access for origin employees, contractors and vendors requiring access to sites. The project was delivered successfully on time and the application is now live for users within origin.5. Compliance: An application was designed to serve the purpose of a central repository for all the compliances that must be met by the organisation while operating in business as usual.
