I have over 10 years of experience in IT in multiple areas. I work well under pressure, and I excel when working alone or in a team setting. I have obtained my second associate’s degree in Cyber Crime Technology (AAS degree) at South Piedmont Community College. I have completed my certificate program in Cyber Forensics, Information Security Systems, Criminal Justice Forensics from SPCC, PC Pro Certification and Network Pro Certifications, and IT Healthcare Technician from CompTIA as well. Computer Technology is my background and passion, and I am eagerly optimistic about my future in IT Support and new technologies. I'm customer service-oriented, easy to manage and fully dedicated to my profession. I’m also pursuing my A+ Certification and Network+ certification through CompTIA. I have educational and hands-on experience in, Linux, support and troubleshooting. I have also completed CCNA courses. Throughout my career I have provided extensive support to Windows (All versions) and Apple systems (iOS), and Ethernet Networks, wireless networks, software and hardware as well. My proactive attitude has allowed me to be a quick learner and completely own any project that is assigned to me. I work well under pressure and I am fully committed to projects and problem resolution. I have maintained an average of 3.66 GPA throughout my college career while working full-time.
