- Maintain correct levels of stock on country location following the company strategy on cost & service level.- Monitor production orders from manufacturing site ensuring stock out situations are avoided.- Timely creation of deliveries from production site to country location, asessing which mode of transport is best, balancing cost & service level.- Ensuring regulatory changes on final product components are done on time and compliant with country regulations.

- Create and develop new tools aimed to improve process automation and improve overall user experience.- Provide training and support to procurement staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles effectively.- Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

- Facilitate order placement and oversee the delivery pipeline to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Manage monthly expenditures and consumption across departments to maintain financial control.- Conduct daily monitoring of stock levels to accurately forecast buying volume for future days.
