First space vehicle had two MEs• Contracted a 3rd party supplier for part of the program that freed up valuable technician support that was needed for special harnesses and integration needs in other areas groups• Provide on the floor engineering support for technical harnessing needs • Delivered over 120 assemblies one month ahead of schedule• Drove design changes from space vehicle 1 that reduce the overall amount of HARs created and had MIPS waived Oct 2019 - Oct 2023 - Next Gen Overhead Persistent Infrared(OPIR) - Engineering Design Unit(EDU) & 1st Space Vehicle• Owner of the entire life cycle of the program - From initial team meetings of delivery dates, parts procurement, compliance, test needs, integration, and special component needs• Successfully maintained strict deadline of delivery dates during pandemic era of government shutdowns and delayed delivery of parts. All while not having a PE for a year and half• Reviewed, approved, and drove design changes on 130+ harness engineering designs to streamline fabrications through clearer designs• Created schedule with quality and customer to efficiently keep production going and downtime to a minimum for scheduled MIPs• Spearheaded hardware anomaly reports(HARs) for root causes and effectively implemented corrective actions with containment. • Lead presentations to customers on non Ball MRB approved HARs and improved customer relationsOct 2019 - Oct 2020 - Next Gen Overhead Persistent Infrared(OPIR) - Printed Wiring Assemblies/Print Circuit Boards - Ground Support Equipment • DWG reviews, procurement of parts, creation of work instructions, testing, and delivering completed assemblies to Box level teams for testing of flight hardware • Collaborate with technicians, planners, PEs, and test engineers to ensure a smooth start to finish fabrication within deadline dates

• Responsible for 3 plant areas-Rough End, Finishing Lines, and the Pressure Testing Lines. • Championed a $380,000 capital project for FORD's new 7.3l Engine to buy new machines, modify production lines, and sustain the tightest surface finish requirement in Eaton's Kearney plant history. Met timelines at each phase and under spent by $50,000, which was used to rebuild equipment for another capital project.• Projects include improving ergonomic activities for all operators and maintenance to eliminate safety hazards. • Work with operators and 3rd party suppliers to bring cost out savings to the plant. • Manage quality projects by leading or supporting effective ways to improve processes while ensuring quality is sustained or improved.• Spearheaded an equipment move capital project of $250,000 to reduce one headcount per shift for a cost savings of $150,000 per year. • Worked with 3rd party companies to upgrade machines to OSHA standards and Eaton electrical standards as well as the machine moves and install.• Managing an overall $250,000 yearly budget on all spindles in plant. From working with maintenance on a preventative maintenance plan, to redesigning 40 year old spindles and creating run off specifications for custom rebuilds.
