We have offices in Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas.Responsibilities: • Lead the recruiting, interviewing and hiring efforts for new recruiters and other AIM FTE roles • Responsible for recruiter onboarding and training for the East region• Co-Lead/Direct morning standup with Director, Account Services • Qualify Account Executive Job orders (Requirement Qualification checklist)• Manage recruiter resource allocation (Daily plan and real-time “audible” throughout day)• Lead weekly delivery meeting and training sessions• Responsible for key recruiting delivery ratio analysis• Tracking and Analysis of CRM skillset diversity (by individual team members)• Tracking and Analysis of individual recruiter management of virtual network of candidates

• Lead the recruitment and delivery for Strive Consulting's different technology practices• Lead and assist in the organization of internal meet-ups for building a positive Strive culture• Build and maintain relationships with Strive consultants and technology professionals• Qualify candidates with a wide variety of technical and interpersonal skill sets• Interview and screen top consultants to ensure the strength of our network continues• Work with account executives to effectively market consultants to Strive Consulting clients/partners• Attend networking events such as user group meetings, happy hours, seminars, etc.• Work to achieve an in-depth understanding of the emerging technology trends• Assist in establishing consistent brand messaging across various Strive offerings• Represent the Strive Consulting practice and vision to its fullest• Mentoring/coaching junior members of the recruiting team through example and best practices

Establish innovative sourcing strategies to generate contract and permanent candidates for several large Fortune 1000 Companies, including Trinity Industries, DynCorp International, Bank of America and Medco Health Solutions. Coordinate project-based hiring for several clients, behavioral interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, on-boarding and dealt with terminations.Audit candidates from peers to ensure compliance with client hiring standards.Network extensively within the skilled trade and professional services communities, identifying and building rapport with hundreds of welders, machine operators, customer service representatives and financial experts. Responsible for managing the performance of employees worth $600,000 in annual profit. Promoted within my first year to Recruiter II, reached the status of the 3rd top recruiter in the Nations Central Region, and hit Aerotek’s full year recruiter contest. Selected by my peers as a MVP and Top performer at our Annual Party in December 2011.
