The Fulfillment Center Site Controller is responsible for collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions through root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the FC improve and create new measures for site productivity.It also recommends, develops, and implements policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitabilityManages the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, labor planning, all budget planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communicating to the Operations teamsWorks with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timelyManages a team with competing priorities & providing level-headed guidance during unexpected events.This is a position that is closely related to the operational side of the business, so it is imperative to not only understand the actual operational processes, but also be closely involved in them.
