After joining the company in 2008, I steadily moved up in its hierarchy and was able to gain thorough experience in the restaurant world. From take out server, I became a busser, a host, food expo, a server and bartender. I worked as a Head Waiter for Outback in Chico, CA. I was assigned to take care of more tables than a server. I was selected as the The Orion's Sports Editor and a part of its Editorial Board after one semester of working as a sports writer.
