My mission was to lead and evolve the IT, Data, Operations, Legal Advisory, Transformation Office, and Procurement directions, optimizing costs and defining a strategy for each of these areas to ensure Servihabitat's competitiveness, guaranteeing the continuity of processes without disruption. Additionally, I led a multidisciplinary team, integrating their activities and achieving maximum motivation and commitment.

I'm in charge of the commercial strategy of Solvia, that includes the marketing policy, customer experience and product strategy. It also includes the definition and deployment of the commercial procedures and customer approach for retail segment.

I'm in charge of helping the organization to achieve their goals on the way to transform it from a Servicer provider to a global real estate company focused on client. Us a part of the Management Committee, I have the responsabilities over HR, Organization and process design, Compliance, Internal control audit, Internal Communication and General Services

In 2010 we designed a new policy for the top executives management and created a new department that has the overall responsibility in the development, comp&ben, training, job assignment, etc. of the executives as an specific target with different systems and service level.In 2012 I was part of the group of the executives that Banc Sabadell put at the front of BancoCAM (8000 pax) in a M&A operation

I was in charge of recruiting, development, training, compensation, administration and comunication of the workforce of Banc SabadellI was in charge too of the M&A of Banco Atlantico (2500 pax) and Banco Urquijo (800 pax) and Banco Guipuzcoano (1250 pax)

The main goal was to transform this department acording the new size of the Banc, optimize processes and headcount. It was a very good experience to understand the legal aspects of HR management (tax, social security, due dates, payroll, etc)
