With over 20 years of experience in industrial engineering and production, I am the General Manager of Siepla, a leading company in the sector of machinery for thermoplastics. I hold an MBA from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from De Montfort University. My core competencies include plastic extrusion, plastic blowing, recycling, industrial management, and business administration.In my current role, I lead the operations, sales, and development of a wide range of products that serve various industries, such as food, cosmetics, chemicals, automotive, construction, and more. I deliver high-quality, reliable, and customized solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I also foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement among our team, leveraging our diverse perspectives and experiences to achieve our goals. I have been instrumental in expanding Siepla's market share, reputation, and profitability, by establishing strategic partnerships, securing large contracts, and launching new products and services. I have also led and supported various projects and initiatives that enhance Siepla's engineering and innovation capabilities, such as implementing new technologies, optimizing processes, and developing new applications.
