Respond to autosys alerts for all finance related batch jobs, set up new finance batch jobs and modify current finance batch jobs to meet business needs. Focus on supporting processes in EDW, SAP and AbInitio environments that provide reporting for financial teams. Implementing solutions to return the production environment to normal operations.

Provide monitoring and prompt response for multiple platforms such as Windows Server, Data Bases (MS SQL), Infrastructure and Clusters, perform remote management troubleshooting and managing incidents in the enterprise-wide world computing environment strongly align to ITIL’s Standard.Identify resolution actions, and implementing solutions to return the production environment to normal operations.
