José P. He holds a Ph.D. in Management (Des) from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, where his research focuses on strategic collaboration and the creation of inter-organizational networks aimed at achieving sustainable outcomes.José has developed strong expertise in strategic decision-making, drawing from his academic background, which includes an MBA from INCAE Business School, where he graduated with honors, and a Master's in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen. As the co-founder of Bluetools, he has been instrumental in helping organizations use software solutions to better collect, structure, and manage qualitative strategy data, facilitating more effective decision-making processes.His professional journey includes roles at globally recognized companies such as Procter & Gamble, Kuehne+Nagel, Amazon, and Deloitte, where he gained practical experience in strategy execution, operational efficiency, and fostering innovation within complex business environments.In addition to his professional experience, José has contributed to fostering entrepreneurial spirit in diverse environments, such as EARTH University, where he engaged with students from around the world, promoting innovative thinking and entrepreneurship across various cultural contexts. At INCAE, José facilitated programs focused on supporting MSMEs (micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises) from Central America, helping entrepreneurs strengthen their strategic approach and drive sustainable growth. He also served as the Operations Director during the launch of the Latin American Center for Entrepreneurs at INCAE, playing a key role in establishing this vital resource for emerging business leaders in the region.
