On one hand, I design and facilitate soft skills workshops for organizations and teams. My approach is based on using creative, arts-based and participatory methodologies that inspire participants to develop leadership skills and effective communication. That's why I co-founded Pimood.On the other hand, within a collective project called Eléctrico 28, which I co-founded, I create artistic projects that integrate the audience as active participants, fostering imagination, creativity, and relationships rooted in a sense of community and genuine connection.
